Alcohol Inks

The fluidity and unpredictability of alcohol inks makes this medium a very exciting tool to paint with! My experience with this medium has shown me to go with it's unpredictability, rather than controlling its development, while still harmonizing it with my own inspiration. Sometimes, I further build on a piece that is evolving with India inks, acrylics, pens, and gold foil.

Yupo paper, mosaic or glass are my favorite surfaces to use when painting in this medium since they best preserve the shine and transparency of the inks.
